We’re Certified MBSAT providers!
Utilizing MBSAT and current research in addiction and adolescent studies, we’ve designed powerful programs for inspiring youth to make choices they will not regret.
MBSAT and MBSAE, Mindfulness-Based Substance Abuse Treatment or education, from The Center for Adolescent Studies, integrates best practices from the fields of mindfulness, psychotherapy, addiction treatment, and dynamic classroom education.
Youth learn and practice tangible techniques to improve decision making. They build deep and meaningful connections with themselves, their friends and peers, and the adults in their lives.
Our programs offer practical tools for relaxing, letting go of stressors and conflicts, increasing self-knowledge, boosting feelings of well-being; and most importantly, healing feelings of isolation and disconnect.
We offer this in several formats; in schools and classrooms; after-school in small groups, and one-on-one for youth ready to take things to the next level. We customize our programming and formats to your needs.
Certified treatment: 12-week commitment.
Intro level education: 3 hr commitment; 1 hr per week; or 30 mins for five weeks.
